Here's a proposal for revision of preamble

Just before independence India got divided based on Religion. Muslims got their share separated from India & formed Pakistan.

Since Pakistan was meant for Muslims of undivided India, therefore, the other part that complemented Pakistan was logically supposed to be for all non-Muslims of undivided India.

Therefore, it won't be logically incorrect to say that today's India is necessarily meant for non-Muslims. It is meant, not only for Hindus, but for all other religious sects except Muslims.

People of all other religio-cultural backgrounds too have similar right on India as the Hindus have. Muslims also would have had similar right had they not taken their share earlier. But in the current context India must necessarily be a non-Muslim State of Religious Harmony. Muslims, after taking their share as Pakistan, may have no rightful claim upon our land.

Hence, on the auspicious 69th Republic Day of India, let's look forward to rewrite the preamble of our Constitution...

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a  SOVEREIGN NON-MUSLIM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF RELIGIOUS HARMONY and to secure to all its
citizens:

JUSTICE, social, economic and political;

LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all

FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation
