Open Letter to Narendra Modi from a common Bengali

Dear Prime Minister,

Thank you so much for addressing the situation of West Bengal. Yesterday, in your speech, you mentioned democracy was murdered here. Yes, sir! You rightly took it up. Democracy in West Bengal is no more. It died long back & perhaps you were aware of it too. However, since the corpse of democracy in Bengal was smelling foul during the Panchayat Poll Violence, you had to address it now.

Please kindly note that it's already enough for Bengal to face the dual oppression of Leftism & Islamic Jihad for last so many years. The State is suffering since independence & it's time that we, a large section of the people of Bengal, now look forward to your serious intervention in our State. In fact, since my birth in the early seventies, you're the first such PM, who, I believe, have that ability of introspection, empathy & intention to realise & alter the decaying state of Bengal. Till today, no PM wanted Bengal to do good. There was a PM who deliberately wanted Bengal to erode economically & was successful in his mission. There was another PM who wanted Bengal to sleep.

However, please kindly note that just bringing BJP in the State legislation of WB may not effectively solve the problem of Bengal because Bengal needs, not only a further political make-over, but also purification of its soul.

Please note that the psyche of Bengal is sick. People here are fatally myopic, morbidly weak, yet tremendously aggressive both physically & mentally. That's why they crazily fight between themselves for grabbing even a handful of State resources. They are weak. That's why their tendency to show off their strength is so high. Had they been really strong, they would have been much more restrained to apply & show off their strength on every petty issue. The other probable major cause of their destructive hyperactivity is that they are mostly jobless & hence have no significant daily activities in which they may be able to spend their energy.

The main occupation of majority of Bengal is brokering of some or other type. Politics is a way for them to flourish in their brokering business. They are otherwise resourceless;(courtesy: Lefts facilitated winding up of Industries & made the State generally deficient of jobs for all levels of people & Mamata Banerjee never really tried to upgrade the situation)hence look forward to grab the State resources at any cost.

They look forward to earn money without perspiring much or without doing anything significant. Neither do the majority of them have the required skill to do something fruitful.(courtesy: LEFTs who pulled down the standard of education to produce intellectual dwarfs who would remain as their sycophants for ever & look forward to the Party for endorsement of any of their activities & would thus remain ever in their grip)Hence, brokerage remains their only package. Moreover, there are sufficient reasons to doubt that fund to promote Islamic Jihad is poured into the State which percolates down to various levels & act as vote as well as goon-purchase-resources.

Toxin of Leftism has crippled the mind & body of general Bengal mass. They need treatment of mind & body to re-emerge not only as human-beings, but also as Bengal men!

In my humble opinion, to receive the required treatment, Bengal needs to remain under President's Rule for quite a few consecutive terms as per our Constitutional provisions though I'm not sure how much would that help our State to get rid of its goon-culture. However, had you been able to make our economy mandatorily 100% cashless, that would have truly choked these goons & hence would have terminated the goon-culture too for ever. Till then, let's expect that President's Rule would bring back at least some relief to the political terror - stricken State.

In this period, let the people of Bengal realise the true significance of democracy. Let them understand that democracy doesn't mean capturing things forcefully. Let them realise that it doesn't mean flocking people together by terrorising them. Only then the people of Bengal would actually come to a position to elect, in true sense of it, some representatives of them. And only then we would observe the reincarnation of democracy from its debris here in WB.

Till then, please kindly intervene to offer proper treatment to the pious land of Bengal, the land of innumerable those greats who have taught the whole world the lessons of humanity.

Yours truly,
